Consulting and Strategic Analysis

Every project starts with process. At Pictogram, we have developed
a highly efficient, effective and dependable method of taking every project we work on from start to finish in an organized, straightforward manner.

Our process—our standard operating procedure—is divided into six
distinct categories: project definition, research, ideation, development, refinement and production. Each of these phases is permeated and bookended by analysis. Each phase incorporates and builds upon the one preceding it. No time or labor is repeated or wasted.

Utilized successfully by our studio for nearly twenty years, Pictogram's creative methodology has proven to be fail-safe. We collect and innovate specialized techniques, creative tools and support materials. We build
upon our knowledge though careful research and cross-disciplinary, hands-on experience. We share our insights and strategies with our clients, taking the mystery (and capriciousness) out of the creative process and replacing it with solid expertise and know-how.
